I am glad this project is going well.
I was also wondering how you would compare this game to a sound novel ike 428 shibuya scramble if you have read it. Does yakouchuu have the same level of interactivity found in 428 or is it more linear?

One of the few visual novels for the N64 is getting translated? Great news hopefully will be a good work. You have my support

The frameskipping is more of a lottery than a reliable improvement as most hack have troubles. There are also random crashes that may happen when entering a pipe

since there is a way to fix many of the old mario 64 hacks that were broken due to bad level editors are you planning to fix some of the simple one and then say if  they work or not?

if you are interested in a permanent low poly mario (the one you can see in game) do this in  a hex editor.

mario models come back to normal when standing still

EverDrive 64 / Mario 64 02 compiler patch for romhacks?

I was wondering if there was a patch to enable 02 compiler for super mario 64 romhacks.
The only patch I was able to find worked only with the vanilla game.
If someone is curious about the patch here is a download link for the patch for the vanilla game.

It is supposed to make the game run less and this would help romhacks a lot

update: the 2nd bowser world isn't playable.

in this version I changed the warp in order to warp me directly into  the bowser fight
Also I do not know why random crashes happens in 3rd bowser fight with skelux cam.

I tried making mario 64:the green star console compatible.
this is the rom i got. It  runs but it is a bit laggy. Does anyone know any tools to make it lag less?

This video sais mario star road was fixed but i haven't an expansion pack. I trust the kaze because he made other hack.

i"ve seen there's a version od mario star road called light edition.I wonder if it works on the everdrive? I can't try it  because i haven't an expansion pak
