Title: Parcel stuck at "Departure from outward office of exchange"

I ordered an Everdrive GBA X5 Mini on everdrive.me 3 weeks ago, on June 29th. It has been shipped on July 1st and since July 4th the tracking status for the package (tracking number RF061502099UA) is stuck at "Departure from outward office of exchange". I used parcelsapp.com to track the package and now it has been in transit for 18 days. The shipment is from Ukraine to Italy by the way.
I'm asking if anyone has had similar experiences, just to know if this is normal or something might have happened.
I've also sent an email to support@everdrive.me, but I haven't got a response yet.

Ok, I just got a response from the everdrive.me support, and they told me that shipping to Italy usually takes 15-30 days due to strange customs. I'll see what happens in the next days then.
