S-DD1 Support on the SD2SNES Pro?
« on: April 07, 2019, 09:34 PM »
First off, sorry if this answer has been asked or is blatantly obvious. I just haven't seen anything directly answering the question after looking.

So, I see that the product page for the SD2SNES Pro does not list the S-DD1 chip as part of the Enhancement Chip compatibility. However, I've seen people mention S-DD1 support on the SD2SNES Pro.

Is it possible to run the S-DD1 games on an SD2SNES Pro without any issues? Or is it still in an experimental stage or not possible at all? Again, sorry if this question has been answered before, I just couldn't find it.

Thanks!

Oh, that's awesome!

Are there any issues with it, being that it's software support, as opposed to built in hardware?

Again, sorry if this answer is obvious. I'm not well versed on this type of stuff so I'm curious as to the functionality.
