getting a weird black mega/megaos.bin screen.
« on: July 11, 2015, 12:51 PM »
I just finished completing a game and hit save by accident.I cant get the dam menue screen to come up its froze on this sceen even when I reset or power on or off the sega genesis! The sceen reads mega ed bootloader v2 resp 6432 srsp 0301 file not found /mega/MEGAOS.BIN. I know that it ends up staying on the game that you last played until you reset it or turn it off but this is crazy it's just froze on this I can't get it back to the main menu with my ROMs and Exedra. The game was flink I did a safe state in the game, then when I was at the main menu with the roms I went to save to try to pull it up. I hope somebody can give me some advice on how to get it back to the main menu I hope to god I didn't mess up the hardware this is never happened in the past

Thanks krikzz im having a buddy come over this Thursday we're going to check it out. If it is a hardware issue I'll let you know maybe I'll send it in for repairs but I also live about 40 minutes away from Stone Age gamer here in Ohio so I might just go up to the store and order the latest version that carries the microSD card anyways to my understanding the latest version allows you to reset the game without getting off the sofa and been updated slightly I'll continue to buy your products because its lasted 3 years and I would definitely not hesitate to buy another if it's not an SD card issue. I appreciate you responding to me this is exactly why I would buy products from you again god bless you happy gaming Josh
