I'm trying to purchase a used Sd2snes but I'm not sure if its genuine or not as the owner also bought it used along with a super nt. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I get white artifacts in some games like Super Mario Bros 1, Metroid, Final Fantasy 1, Gimmick, etc. It's so annoying, they never appear in the emulator, I don't have any cartridges but the EDN8. I have a top loader NES.

This is an old issue that cropped up on v1.16, but was fixed on later versions. Is your top loader nes modded? Is it a clone by any chance? Which fw version are you using? Try the latest FW version and if you still get that contact support through the website, though if I were you, I'd test on another system to rule out your console.

I presume this means that if there is a ROM named autoexec.v64 in the ED64 folder in sd card it will be booted automatically when you turn on the ED64

First off, thank you for still caring about improving the ED64 even though there are no compatibility or major issues, you rock!

Your change lists are very technical and when taken out of context it can get confusing for non-technicals like me. Could you please help me understand the following changes?

I'm also hoping for this. No word on it though.

According to Wikipedia ( Daikaijuu Monogatari II doesn't use SPC7110, but S-RTC which is already supported and used by the OS rom.

I was actually thinking of Momotaro Dentetsu Happy (mixed the two up)... Looks interesting, some kind of weird board game?

Still, that does't explain why Daikaijuu Monogatari II's translation is being sat upon if its finished... Cause we all could be playing it already...

They're not "sitting on it", its heavily bugged and they haven't been able to fix it.

I have the Mister already but nothing beats playing on original hardware, super game boy included. These guys all deserve patreon donations.

Yeah, its also drag and drop with Smokemonster's care package:

Just combine the SD2Snes's latest with the care package, then replace what you have with the Github's latest, and you're done.

But now that Mega Everdrive Pro is released, and Everdrive started with CD systems (Mega CD), do you think that Dreamcast and Saturn Everdrive will be possible in a near future?

Maybe this is not the best place to ask. If you want a straight answer from Krikzz, I think he is more active on twitter. if you geniunely want to know if its possible, then a more technical forum (like nesdev or atariage?, try classic gaming discord?), or a dedicated dreamcast forum would have the kind of audience that could answer your question. In the end, only someone like Krikzz, Kevtris, Brian Parker, etc with hardware design and FPGA experience would be suited to answer your question IF they were aware of the dreamcast's schematics. Don't just believe any forum "expert".

Sarcastic comments aside, Stone Age Gamer usually has upgrade programs when an everdrive version becomes obsolete. Follow them on twitter to check when/if it will happen. They also have a discord you can join.
