So I put a 32GB Kingston Flash card in my GBA ED and loaded the system files and some roms, from Smokemonsters set. When I first turned it on it played through the GBA launch screen to a white screen. It did nothing so I let it sit for about 10 minutes to see what would happen. It never changed so I turned it off and tried it again. Now, whether I have an SD card loaded or not it freezes on the launch screen. It says Game Boy and just sits there. Has anyone had this happen and is there a way to fix it? I've never had an issue with an Everdrive before but this one is becoming the exception.

Off Topic / DS Flash Cart - looking for recommendation

Hi folks. I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm wanting to purchase a quality DS flash cart I can play on my DS lite, though also maybe on a DSi XL or 3DS. Something easy to use like Krikzz's products would be great. It doesn't need to play 3DS or GBA games though bonus if it can play GBA until the ED comes out. Anyway, if anyone can point me to a quality one either in the US or that ships to the US, best price possible. That would be great.

Also, I think I've seen that I can't play DSi games on a flash cart? Is this correct? There are some DSi eshop games I'd love to try out.

Thank you for your help.

EverDrive GB / Loading issue... Need some help
« on: February 27, 2015, 03:51 AM »
So I've been using my GB-ED without issue since I got it. Tonight I turned it on and everything fired up just fine. I went to load up Donkey Kong and got the screen where it says erase and then write. However, it's stuck on that screen and appears to be frozen. I am afraid to shut it off since it has the !!DO NOT TURN OFF!! message at the top of the screen but I don't know what else to do. Should I let the batteries die and get new ones and try again?

Any ideas on what to do, how to fix it, or what might have happened? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EverDrive GB / Game Boy OS
« on: November 15, 2014, 04:08 PM »
I just recently got the Game Boy ED and I checked on the main Game Boy page and clicked on downloads and nothing showed up but is their an OS I need to put on the flash card? Or a folder of some sort for saves? Every other ED has an OS and other files that need to be downloaded, I found the NES ones just fine, so I find it odd that their aren't any for the Game Boy. Are they built in or do I need to look elsewhere? How does saving work?

Thank you.
