Title: Fading paint
Post by: nihlathak on February 08, 2019, 11:38 AM
So, I'm not really bothered by this but I still think it deserves some attention. It seems like the paint is still very easily to rub off. I've only been using my Joyzz for a few days now and the START text is already starting to disappear. Just something that I think could be improved on for future revisions.

The d-pad is really solid on both my Joyzz controllers, so that's a big plus! :)

Mine is coming off too. I've only had it for one month. Makes the product feel very cheap. Is there anything we can do to sort this out Krikzz?

there is nothing we can do at the moment. second batch of controllers was with stronger paint, but it still wasn't perfect. next batch of shells should finally solve this problem

So can I get a replacement shell? This wasn't cheap and I chose this over 8bitdo because I expected a higher quality, but I feel like returning it. It feels cheap because of this. The paint should not be coming off after a month.

yep, you can request shell replacement via "contact us"  form. https://krikzz.com/store/contact-us
