News / Re: Everdrive GBA OS update v1.10
« on: September 15, 2018, 08:24 PM »Probably because you can already play them using your Everdrive GB flashcart and emulation on those emulators is very inaccurate. So, he's not wrong. It's better to emulate on more powerful systems, like the Wii for instance.Did not expect this. now my Everdrive GB isnt needed.
Emulation is convenient, but it sux.
Why do you think it sucks ?
Pokemon Prism will be completely unplayable if get rid of your Everdrive GB, due to extremely poor emulation.
Except Pokemon, which gb / nes games have been reported as poorly or inaccuratly emulated on the gba ?
With Goomba Color? Well, many graphic-intensive GBC games run at 40-50fps, for example (Shantae, Every Witch Wendy (or what is called), Alone in the Dark, Fish Files, Rayman 2, Pokemon Crystal etc...). It's a noble emulator, but still a decade-old emulator that runs on an two-decades old ARM with just 17MHz of clock. Just for comparison, the GP32, which was sold during GBA lifetime, was an handled with an 166MHz ARM, and neither it could run an accurate GB emulator.
And let us nto talk about the SGB support, which is my primary way to play Game Boy games. Goomba Color just look for the first border it finds in the rom, without any other form of enhancement.
So its mainly a prob with the gbc & sgb games, it works perfectly for the black & white gb and nes games ?
