EverDrive N8 / Issues regarding the update 1.23 for everdrive n8?

I downloaded the update for my everdrive n8, and I noticed a few problems that came up. First the famicom disk system boot screen is now missing and replaced with a generic blue screen. Second, I can only get up to world 4-4 in smb2j fds version until the game locks after the castle.Speed Test  Solitaire  essay writer Third, Mappylands background seems to be off centered and scroll strange which doesn't align with the collision at all. I tried multiple roms and no success all from nointro collection.
