well the correct question is does the megaeverdrive acts as a universal adapter in order to run PAL games on NTSC genesis?
and the answer is yes, but mayby you need to found the accurate option when you push the c button (?) in order to enter the right menu.

5
at home, my everdrive works perfectly on the rear port of the japanese SMS.
except for the games cited above.

you should find what you like http://ppcenter.webou.net/satcart/
the guy is fluent in english, french and japanese, so you can find a common language to ask him exactly what you want.

Mega EverDrive / Re: Mega Everdrive V2 - System Type: Console region

and be aware that the megadrive sold somewhere between Bangkok and Jakarta were PAL 50hz (like the ones sold in Europe except France) MB in japanese case and box( well the box is the japanese style written in thai/english/malay).

Master EverDrive / Re: Master System Cheat Codes (Requests go here)

for PCE?try to ask in the good section.

si je comprends encore l'anglais, elle ne gère que les sauvegardes prévues par le jeu, pas les sauvegardes de types savestates comme les émulateurs.

for the others, I just say that apparently, the gg everdrive doesn't deal with savestates but just the own saves of the games.

Mega EverDrive / Re: Mega Tech Support in mega Everdrive
« on: September 18, 2016, 09:18 AM »
in a word: no

in a long text: the two systems are very the same, but be aware that there is 2 Z80 and 2 master system VDP and mega tech games requires 2 screens, one for the game one for the menu.
All the games available for this arcade system are also available on megadrive (at least the european megadrive) and the master systel (here also, at least the european master system) with exactly the same pixels...

but when you seek info about converting megadrive/master system games to mega play, you will understand that maybe a patch would be possible to run pega play games on your home console

A guy in a french language forum (darius for those who know) has the same problem with the roms above 2048k.

the problem explained in french: (for those who speak french and in case of my translation is weak)
"bon voilà mon problème: depuis aujourd' hui mon everdrive sur ma megadrive ne veut plus me loader les roms de plus de 2048 ko au dessus
il reste bloquer là :???: est il en train de rendre l'âme :|"

in english, that means that since today, his everdrive MD does'nt load roms above 2048 kb (?-in french is ko for kilooctet I'm not sure if this means kilobytes). the loading is freezing and the everdrive is going to die.

thank you for your help
