thanks for reply, my problems got solved with the use of an other Sd card :)

Excellent news, could you share  the specs of the functioning and non-functioning SD cards? (brand, capacity, class, etc)

Technically the I mark doesn't mean USH. My local store sells class 4 cards with the I on them.

Yes you are correct. I mean the problem occurs with both UHS and non-UHS type I and II cards

I would recommend changing the SD slot only if you are somewhat experienced with soldering irons.
Store the ED64 in a dry place away form moisture, direct sunlight or heat.

I would apply hot glue over and see if that keeps the corrosion away.

Perhaps is a UHS-I SD card compatibility issue, I hope Krikzz fixes this in the next ED64 OS update.

Are the names of the ED system files all uppercase?

Pins 16 & 17 look bridged, use Isopropyl alcohol to clean that spot. If that doesn't work try a soldering iron. If that doesn't work try cleaning the contacts in the cartridge with Isopropyl alcohol or Brasso.

Does this bug also happen with UHS-II SD cards?

IMHO I prefer the B button for accept and A for cancel just because some games use heavily the A button and it ends up being worn too much

Solved: The problem was with the GBC itself..

What was the problem with the GBC?
Please don't tell me it was dried batteries...

Don't know but when i see, the word «erase», it's sounds not good for me.

"Erase" means that the previous game loaded in memory is being deleted to make room for the game you want to play now. That message is perfectly fine.

Is Retrogate also operated by Krikzz?
I ordered an EV64v3 from there on the 29th of April and was wondering how soon this site processes your order compared to krikzz.com.

Retrogate isn't operated by Krikzz directly but is a trusted seller. I bought from them before the existence of the Everdrive Store and never had problems (Years 2014/2015). The processing time in my experience varied between 2 and 10 days from payment to shipping.

Everdrive Store is not going to accept PayPal, Krikzz has said in other thread that PayPal has given him problems (freezing account, withholding money, requesting excessive amounts of paperwork among other issues)

For me the credit card processor payment is fine, right now is down but it'll be operative hopefully this week, please be patient.

If you want to buy right now and using Paypal please go to Retrogate

We all know that PayPal SUCKS for sellers but many are forced to use it

Is your EDGB original?

If it is, please read this: http://krikzz.com/store/content/9-warranty
If you are sure that the problem comes form the cartridge then Krikzz can repair it for you, contact him through this page: http://krikzz.com/store/contact-us
