While I continue to suck at authoring (and recover from Christmas):

The opamp is a TS922 in SOIC 8 package.
Also you need two 10 ohm resistors (SMD 0805).

00_orig-RevG_mod.jpg is only needed for original Rev.G units to bring back the DAC to 3.3V.

How could I missed that out?  :o

What is the difference between the old and new revisions?

Rev.H then adds an op-amp to finally bring the volume up to bsnes level. It also switches the DAC back to 3.3V because there have been some noise issues with 5V.

Okay, I'm done with it... made it on a Rev. F that I upgraded last year to Rev. G and now downgraded it to Rev. F again to upgrade it to Rev. H :o The soldering on that chip in pic 11 is a pain in the ass!

I think the way ikari showed is simple and works as it should, but I have like 1000 pieces of the Soic8 boards so I just used one of them.

Honestly, most people who have the skills to troubleshoot this would need to run the game on an emulator to debug it... this game does not work on HLE emulators.

That's funny, the problem is known since may 2012 and has not been fixed so far.

have you tried to disable the Hi-Res mode? FIFA 99 for example runs much smoother with Hi-Res disabled.

no, if you have the UltraCIC II you dont need any patched room, just download the no-intro romset and configure your save.db for the games that need it and you're good :)
Ok thanks  :).  Sorry but I'm new to this, what exactly does it mean to configure my save.db, and how do I know which games need to be configured.
