I just modded my pal n64 and us n64 with ultrapif.

Works really well,and firmware upgradeable.
Works with tims rgb board-ultrahdmi-n64advanced
Also tested with original games as well the everdrive 64 v3.

Hi krikzz,i have problems with 2 games,gunstar heroes and bubble bobble,both problems audio related.
I use ggx7 with latest os 1.04-fpga v3-system type ntsc and gunstar is jap and bubble bobble is ntsc.
Can you try to replicate it?,both problems when demo the game,seems sound falls away.
Gona clean first contacts and see if that helps.

Has nothing to do with the everdrive,recently i tried out v3.05,got problems with it,tryed deleting the ed64 folder,gives error on save folder.
So i think its something in the os itself,now back to 2.13 and jones almitghy latest release,no problems anymore.

Or buy a MISTer,its the best thing i buyed in years,play neo geo-snes-nes-megadrive-sms-game gear-gba and gb-gbc-mega cd-pc engine-amiga-atari st-c64 ect...
Pc engine cd is almost here,and they are working on psx,but i think that will be next year,its really nice.
Sd2snes pro is good,it have a few more features,like the msu1 for sa1 games.
But after all i would spend money on MISTer then on sd2snes.

Get borti's board off,and clean everything up,then try the sd2snes again.
Then i should solder back the board in.
Or it must be broken or some shorts you,could be that if a short happenend it damage something.
I soldered also that board in,bust i sold my sd2snes for an sd2snes pro.
But i w ill try first without and get in back in.

EverDrive N8 / Re: N8 Pro cartridge shell thickness

I have noticed that the N8 Pro cartridge, when inserted in the AV Famicom cartridge slot, can wobble quite a bit, unlike the original N8.  It appears the N8 Pro cartridge shell is thinner than the original by about 1mm.  See the attached pictures.  I was able to make the game reset by just moving the N8 Pro cartridge around.

Krikzz, would you consider increase the thickness of the N8 Pro Shell by a 1-1.5mm?  It would be a lot more stable, given the increased height of the N8 Pro.  As it stands right now there quite a bit of play in between the cartridge slot walls and the cartridge itself.

Why you want to wobble a cartrigde that is in the slot is for me a mystery,if it works,why wobble the cartrigde,explain that please,its like my neosd pro has loaded a rom,and ok,i going to test if its reset if i wobble the cartridge where those are not for made at first.
Those are made for insert them and play  the game,and thats it.
