Sega cd/master system games through 32x

Hi, krikzz. I saw in one of your videos, that you ran sega sd game from Mega ED pro with modded 32x addon.
Is it possible to run master system games this way too? Is this mod complicated? I would like to play all my games with 32x attached.

People already tried this, it only worked for a few sms games and a with a few Mega Drives revisions. There is currently no feasible way to do it.
