Just purchased FXPAK Pro and folders wont open

I loaded up my Micro SD card as outlined here

When I boot my SNES I see the main menu. When I select my "Games" directory (or any other directory) I see the bottom area flicker to "Loading..." for 1 frame and returns to the "A:Select B:Back: X:Menu" but no directory gets loaded and I remain on the boot screen. I can continue clicking directories and nothing happens. Tried multiple controllers

Try to reformat the card with:
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/
If it still doesn't work, try another SD card..

Just tried multiple SD cards and non of them work. All formated with SD Card Formatter

Also when I click "system information" in the settings it pops up a blank settings panel with not information in it and the system is frozen.
