Super Everdrive China DSP1

Hello everyone !!

i'm new on the forum ! Thanks

So i have a little probleme, i take my Everdrive china ver. and put on it the DSP1 with 74Hcu04 and clock generator.
But when i do this my Everdrive won't work anymore ! i have a black screen when i turn on my SNES
then i remove just the DSP not the 74 and clock generator and there the everdrive works again !

what is the probleme please ??

other question, what is the last firmware (not the OS) for Super Everdrive 1.x ??

This is a clone everdrive, plain and simple. They stop working when you update the OS or use the DSP-1.

i have downgraded it to OS v1 still working after that i have updated it to os v12 but firmware still v1 !!

i would like to have the last firmware file to flash it by the jtag port with my blaster,

do you seriously expect support for a clone cart? get a real one and be done with it.

ok thanks if i can i take the official one of my friend (if he agreed) and solder the jtag pins and dump the firmware myself, sorry but
official one is too expensive i prefere to keep mine, im pretty sure i can fix it !! coz pcb and components are the same !!

I have the same issue with my super everclone.( http://krikzz.com/forum/index.php?topic=3094.0 ) With this, it is hard telling what the problem is. Is it hardware related or software? I can deal without Ballz3D, Pilotwings, and Super Mario Kart until I get a real SED.

Obviously the clone won't accept the DSP-1.  You're lucky it still works.  Dumping official firmware is kind of crazy, will probably brick it.

Best to buy the carts with the special chipsets via fleabay, there are not that many of them and only a few of the games are worth it tbh.
