Warranty
We provide a one-year(*365 days) warranty service for all EverDrive products (including ones sold via our dealers).
If your device stopped working or is not working properly in the period *365 days after the purchase you can send your device to us and it will be fixed for free or replace by new one.
The customer covers expenses for sending the device to us and we cover expenses for sending the device back to the customer.
If your device stopped working or is not working properly please submit a warranty service request using the Contact us form.
Before sending your request please make sure to select the "Warranty service" subject.
*Partial life time warranty:
Also we provide a partial lifetime warranty service for all EverDrive products (including ones sold via our dealers).
Even if the period 365 days after the purchase has expired we can try to fix your device for free (if it is possible).
Partial lifetime warranty doesn't cover device replacement, if not possible to repair broken unit
Important note:
We do not provide any warranty for the Chinese clones of our products.
We will neither repair nor send them back.
If you are not sure that your device is genuine you can send us the photos of your device and we will check it.
The Chinese clones mainly are sold on Ebay and Aliexpress websites.
